Summer maternity photos with this fantastic family was such a delight. 

I was excited that we decided to do this session at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum in Chaska. This sight is quickly becoming one of my favorite locations for family and maternity photos. There are endless amounts of spots to photograph at and each time I visit it looks different with new blooming flowers and trees.

It is always fun to walk the grounds to find the perfect spot for my families to provide a backdrop that is truly unique as your family. These Summer maternity photos were no exception, so many favorites among this session.

This family of three soon to be four can be seen many times on my blog and Instagram feed. It has been a joy to capture MANY different seasons of life for them. I can’t wait for another year of photographing their family as they are part of my First Year Collection Collective. 

Although our time together at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum consisted of trying to work quickly as the rain came, we enjoyed the sunshine that followed the rain. In the end a classic rainbow appeared, so all in all it worked out perfectly.
