This past week, I have been sharing all the sessions from when we were in California and sadly today is the last one, but an exciting session as well!  Lexi sent me a message saying that she and her husband Chase were going to be in Los Angeles celebrating her birthday the same time we were there. Lexi is a Dallas, Texas based photographer herself so I was even more excited to meet her.

I meet Lexi and Chase at El Matador State Beach in Malibu, CA for a sunset session. Little did we know that every other photographer was going to be there as well that evening. There ended up being a commercial shoot going on so everyone got pushed down to one area of the beach to shoot. Lexi and Chase were so patient as we worked around all the other sessions going on and with the high tide coming up.

I fell in love with shooting somewhere completely different than I am used to. The evening light on the beach, the scenery, and a location were just the perfect setting.
