Clay and Maria’s ceremony at Our Lade of Victory Chapel in St.Paul, MN with a reception to follow at The Depot in Minneapolis was one I had been looking forward to for so long. I knew it was going to be gorgeous and so well thought out with every detail. With the help of Maria’s mother, they pulled off one of the most beautiful receptions!

There were so many parts of the day that I was really looking forward to, but the most anticipated time was when Maria’s father walked her down the aisle. Clay and Maria choose not to see each other before their ceremony which made it such a special time. Seeing Clay’s face light up with excitement when he saw his bride approaching him, put many of the guests to tears. Maria looked absolutely stunning and couldn’t wait to meet Clay at the altar. Their ceremony was very heartfelt as they choose the pastor that Maria’s family has known for years to marry them and for Clay’s mother to sing.

Both Clay and Maria are so genuine and sincere that their love for each other, their families and friends is truly incredible to witness. There were so many times through out the day that Maria’s little brother would just want to be next to his sister or just keep an eye on her in the distance. It was the cutest thing when we were taking portraits, and I would see him sitting on the hill or hiding behind a tree to make sure he saw his big sister at all time. Clay & Maria even let him enter the reception with them! Clay & Maria’s families mean so much to them and it was so inspiring to observe their love for one another and the ones around them throughout their wedding day!

Clay and Maria, your wedding day so perfect and I am beyond thankful that I got to be there to witness your joy, love and marriage. Thank you to you two and your incredible families that welcomed me with open arms and the best hugs ever! Your joy and happiness are contagious and I absolutely grateful that I got to be surrounded by it on your wedding day.
