This past week marked two years since I have been taking classes at my local Barre3. I have also had the honor of photographing for their studio during this time.

When I was introduced to them they were in the beginning phases of offering classes at different locations in the area to build their community. I remember taking my very first class in a ballet studio. I walked out of the class knowing it was so much more of a workout for me. I kept going to the classes because it was a space for me to let everything go, be different, move big, dream, and feel myself. It has been amazing to be with this community from some of the very beginning stages and see myself grow within it.

I was able to workout pre pregnancy, on my due date and now even stronger since having my daughter. If you are looking for a space to move big, be yourself, feel stronger not just physically I would highly recommend looking into Barre3.
