A baby’s first year of life goes by so quickly, as they go through so many big and significant changes. From those sleepy curled up newborn days to getting their first teeth and potentially walking there is a lot that happens in those first twelve months!
That is why I offer the First-Year Collection Collective. It was designed specially for parents that don’t want to forget a moment of their baby’s first year.

What is the First-Year Collection Collective?
My First-Year Collection Collective is three portrait sessions photographed in the baby’s first year of life. Typically these sessions are done at newborn, six months and one year. However, families are able to schedule their sessions at any milestone they wish to document.
What are the three sessions of baby’s first year?
Newborn sessions generally take place 2-3 weeks after the baby is born. Those tiny newborn days only last for so long. However, my number one priority is making sure everyone is healthy before the session date. If mom or baby needs extra time for recovery we can easily move the session date.
Six month or “sitter” milestone session is usually around six to eight months. This is the fun stage when they are interacting more, sometimes giving off the gummy smile and playing with their little toes.
One year session is scheduled to celebrate their first birthday! This is such a fun session and a big milestone. I encourage the whole family to join for this session while we capture your one-year old and also some family moments.
During baby’s first year, where are milestone sessions captured?
Each session can be photographed either in-home, outdoors or in a selected natural light studio. I have lot of experience, so I’m always happy to talk through what location is best for your family.

What is a baby bump session?
A baby bump session is a 30-minute mini-session that includes your choice of ten digital files, which is an exclusive perk of being part of the First-Year Collection Collective.
You can schedule as many as you’d like over tour baby’s first year or absolutely none at all, there’s no commitment. Many of my clients find this option to be super-helpful. Almost like having your own professional photographer on retainer!
