Less than a week ago, we took a girls family trip to Loveland, Colorado to visit the newest addition to the family. My cousin Alicia and her husband Chris welcomed their daughter Scarlett (Letty) into their family in May. My other cousin Lindsay and her family live just a few miles away from Alicia and Chris so we got to spend a lot of time with both families!
During our visit to Colorado, we had so much fun taking hikes in the mountains, taking a workout class that my cousin Lindsay leads, passing around all the babies, eating lots of ice cream, catching up with one another and of course playing some pretend superheroes.
We also hosted a family baby shower for precious Letty on Saturday evening that ended up going way past her bedtime but we didn’t mind all the extra snuggles. I don’t think she enjoyed the early morning family session as much as we did the next morning since she had to be woken up. Partying and being passed around is a lot of work. 😉 She really is just the sweetest and most precious little lady. She is so content ALL the time, loves watching her cousins run around and lights up when she sees her parents.
