These Minnesota summer family photos are ones I’ve been so excited to share. It was a gloriously sunny day in Edina, Minnesota, where the weather was perfect too hot or humid, the grass was green and this family of six was filled with love, laughter, and a whole lot of fun.

It really was a picture-perfect day in Minnesota with Mom, dad, and their four energetic kiddos, each with fun and outgoing personalities. When you’ve got four little kids in the mix, chaos is pretty much par for the course. But you know what? That’s half the fun! We’re talking about tag games, follow the leader, story time and lots and lots of giggles and laughter. Forget about stiff poses and forced smiles-I’m all about keeping it real and letting the kids do their thing. And trust me, the results were nothing short of magical.

So, here’s the thing: life’s messy and that’s okay. As an Edina family photographer, I believe it’s important to embrace that. Grass stains, an outfit that’s seen better days, a toddler meltdown- who cares? That’s what makes each family unique and authentic. I’m all about embracing the imperfections and celebrating the beauty in the chaos.

As the sun started to get lower, casting that warm, glow over everything in sight, our Minnesota family session came to a close. But the memories that we’ve made are gonna stick around for a while.
