Last Friday, I met Kelli and Charlie at Lake Minnetonka in Wayzata for their engagement session. Kelli and Charlie met in high school, but went to different colleges. They were committed to staying together while they spent those years apart.

While Kelli was on a work trip, Charlie took advantage of her frequent flyers miles and joined her for the weekend in Orlando. He planned for some pampering including a couples massage and a nice dinner. He later proposed on the balcony at the top of the hotel they were staying at.

I loved getting to know Kelli and Charlie while we walked the sandy beaches of Lake Minnetonka. It was so fun to celebrate that they would be tying the knot in exactly one year on the day of their session. Congrats Kelli and Charlie! I can’t wait for your big day next year and all the moments in between!
